By using Cargo 89 Transport Ltd services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may terminate your use of the service.
Cargo 89 provides the following services across Europe:
Prices are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are typically 30 days from invoice date unless agreed otherwise. Late payments may incur interest at 8% per annum.
Our liability is limited to the value of the cargo or £50,000, whichever is lower, unless otherwise specified in writing. We are not liable for consequential losses.
Basic insurance is included in our standard rates. Additional coverage options are available upon request for high-value shipments.
Shipments may be cancelled up to 24 hours before scheduled collection with a 10% cancellation fee. After that, 50% of the quoted price applies.
We shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, traffic, customs delays, or strikes.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
